Hi, I'm Holly.
Mom. Childbirth educator. And a firm believer that your birth decisions should belong to you.
Birth has been part of my world for as long as I can remember. My mom spent more than 30 years working in labor and delivery and went on to become a midwife. I grew up hearing stories about the strength of birthing families, the unexpected turns labor can take, and the difference compassionate support can make.
My own experiences giving birth, including carrying a baby as a surrogate, deepened that curiosity. I saw how much information, confidence, and communication matter, especially when plans change.
That's why I created Remain Guided: to offer practical, welcoming education that helps families understand their options, ask thoughtful questions, and feel involved in their care.
Whether you're hoping for an unmedicated birth, planning an epidural, preparing for a cesarean, or still figuring it all out, there's room for you here. I'm not here to tell you what to choose. I'm here to help you learn how to make informed choices that feel right for your family.

“You don't have to know exactly how your birth will unfold to prepare for it.”
Education, not a script.
There is no single right way to give birth. Our classes explore practical tools, comfort measures, care options, communication, and the questions worth asking without pressure to follow one birth philosophy.
Prepared for the unexpected.
Plans can change. The goal isn't to predict every moment. It's to build the knowledge and confidence to participate in decisions, work with your care team, and adapt as your birth unfolds.
Come learn with me.
